A couple times a year our office joins other offices around the U.S. to offer a trip for top performers. Over the past two weeks members of Four Pillars have been competing for a chance to travel to New York City. The trip involved sailing on a yacht around the New York harbor, time to explore the city, as well as having the opportunity to learn from other successful offices.
Top leaders Jacob Schultz and Kyroon Carrington both won the contest and last Thursday they, along with director Alex Tabar, left for NYC. The highlight of the weekend was having the chance to network with leadership from across the United States while sailing around on the Hudson River. The relaxed environment allowed for some rest and relaxation, while still giving our trainers the opportunity to talk to other leaders about skills such as interviewing and training.
While in the city, our office members had the opportunity to visit several other successful offices. These offices work with different clients such as Quill Supplies and multiple charities, and have alternative approaches to working with their clientele. Working in these offices gave Jacob, Kryoon, and Alex a chance to learn different marketing techniques and work with these other clients. They also had the chance to celebrate the promotion of two new assistant managers in these offices.
Finally, these members of our office also had the chance to explore the city and visit multiple attractions such as Times Square, the Statue of Liberty, and Central Park. At Four Pillars Executives we understand that personal and professional growth and development are important parts of success. Trips such as this give our office members a chance to achieve some of that growth in a different location and have fun along the way. We know Jacob, Kyroon, and Alex learned a lot on this trip and we look forward to the next office contest.
