Next week, Four Pillars Executives is excited to announce that it will be sending an expansion team to Raleigh, North Carolina. A recently opened market under several of our larger clients, Raleigh presents a great opportunity for our assistant manager, Jacob, to utilize his management and entrepreneurial skills. The team will be spending a final week in Columbus, learning as much as they can from the market that got them started.
While working in the Columbus marketing, each of our team members has had the chance to learn a set of skills that will help them to be successful in the new location. The first of these skills their marketing skills. With many different backgrounds, the group has had a unique challenge with learning different marketing skills. To overcome this, they have spent a great amount of time traveling to different marketing firms across the U.S., such as Houston, Arkansas, West Palm Beach, New York City, Detroit, Cleveland, and Portland. Taking the time to see how marketing methods change based on location and audience, has given the team a great starting point when they begin in Raleigh.
Another of these skills is their ability to interview. When they arrive, each of the leaders will need to begin recruiting a team that will be capable of executing a new campaign and keeping a student mentality. As the office will be near three major universities, the leaders are excited to pass on their knowledge of as many students as possible through the form of internships. Effective interviewing will allow them to find the best possible candidates grow the office in both the short and long term.
The largest of these skills is the team’s ability to rely on each other during this transition. Having worked with each other for over a year in our Columbus office, the team has a great understanding of each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, they each know where to focus their efforts in order to achieve the biggest successes. The strength in this team will definitely be a great start to their work in Raleigh.
As we prepare to wish the team farewell and good luck, we encourage you to take time and think about your goals. This team is reaching several of their own by focusing on their growth both personally and professionally. Take time to do the same, and we think you’ll be surprised at what you’re capable of achieving!
