As we begin the new year at Four Pillars Executives, we feel that it is important to review all that we accomplished in 2016 so we can better prepare our 2017 goals.
For those in our office, 2016 held a multitude of mile marker events the first of which was the opening of our office in Columbus. Four Pillars officially opened its doors in February, and from their our office continued to grow as we invited several interns to work with us during their summer semester. Not only did our interns learn a lot about the marketing field from us, but we learned a lot about new methods being taught in school from them.
June brought with it the exciting news of being named the Best of 2016 in Columbus for Marketing Agencies. This prestigious award was proof to our team and our clients that the techniques used in our office to develop brand awareness and recognition are successful. Following this award, Four Pillars Executives began its travel season as business trips were sent to locations around the world including Hong Kong, London, Toronto, Cabo San Lucas, Chicago, New York, and Portland. On each of these trips our team learned what makes other office successful and different methodologies that could be implemented in our own office. Of course, these trips also provided some excellent opportunities for both sightseeing and photo-taking!
With the conclusion of the summer, Four Pillars bid farewell to many of our interns as they returned to school. However, before they left they had the chance to see our office named one of the top ten best places to work in Columbus. Following this award, we had the chance to have several office adventures with the holidays including an office pumpkin carving contest for Halloween and a team Thanksgiving dinner. Our adventures ended with our holiday party which included several contests including best decorated office door, and ugliest Christmas sweater! We capped off our year at Four Pillars Executives by being named one of the 101 Best Places to Work in the Nation by National Best and Brightest.
As we continue our journey into 2017, we hope you have just as many adventures and accomplishments as our office plans to have!
